FHA Refinance Loan
​Using an FHA insured loan to refinance your mortgage can be very beneficial for homeowners.  A standard FHA loans allow lenders to offer expanded lending guide lines to help borrowers obtain affordable rates and attractive home loans.  FHA loans offer competitive terms on cash out loans and rate/term refinances.  Another program that allows borrowers to utilize an FHA insured loan is the FHA Streamline Refinance Loan.  Details of this program are outlined below.

FHA Streamline Refinance - is a mortgage loan product administered and offered by the Federal Housing Administration. This product is reserved for homeowners with existing FHA insured mortgage loans. The program allows a homeowner to quickly and easily refinance to a lower interest rate.
